Feature

It can adapt to different experimental needs in the laboratory and directly calculate the relationship between stirring, dispersion, impeller speed, material viscosity, and chemical reaction rate based on the displayed shaft speed, providing correct data for large-scale production.

1) The mixing ratio error refers to the difference between the set percentage and the actual percentage of each component;
- The knife metering valve is suitable for the ratio of 5% or more, and the mixing ratio error can be controlled within ±0.3-0.5%;
- (screw or) micrometer is suitable for the ratio of 5% (excluding) to 0.5%, the mixing ratio error can be controlled at ± 0.2%;
- The above max processing amount and mixed ratio error data are measured by continuous operation of the uniform material of the bulk density of 0.7kg/L and diameter of 3-4mm. The max output will vary according to the amount and proportion of the measured components.
- The machine voltage specification is: GDK-5 and below models: 1Φ230VAC, 50Hz; GDK-10 and above models: 3Φ380VAC, 50Hz
