Instruction
HCD-L series All-in-one Dehumidifying Dryer combines a honeycomb rotor dehumidifier, an insulated drying hopper, and a two-stage closed-loop conveying device to form an ALL-IN-ONE compact unit, especially for drying hygroscopic engineering plastics, such as PA, PC, Nylon, PBT, PET, PVC, PU, ABS,etc. It can be reach dew point -45 ºC. HCD-L series adopt centralized control micro-computer providing automatic fault display and 24-hour auto running time setting function.

Features of HADRDEGA All-in-one/compact type Dehumidifying Dryer
1. HADRDEGA Dehumidifier adopt latest Japanese technology and can reach stable dew-point of less than -45ºC.
2. Closed-loop conveying device eliminates the possibility of moisture regain during material conveying.
3. Hot air recycler equipped as standard, featuring energy saving, no exhaust of hot air and dust, and environmental protection.
4. Dual-hopper structure enhances thermal insulation and achieves higher energy saving rate. It maintains a steady temperature and increase drying efficiency.
5. Suitable for use on engineering plastic materials with strong absorption ability such as PA, PC, PBT, PET, etc.
6. Integration of three functions in one machine, namely dehumidifying, drying and two-section material conveying. Three-section or four-section material conveying is also optional.
7. Using dual-fin cooler design to ensure a lower return air temperature and dew-point.
8. The conveying system contains a material cut-off valve to make sure no remains in the tube.
9. Optional dew-point meter with real-time display of dew-point detected.
10. With recyclable and resettable filter to make sure the honeycomb is not contaminated.
11. A thoughtful multiple security device built in.
