However, it takes a long time for the coal gas to heat the steel wire and the safety coefficient is low under the flammable environment. Quick heater will bring the rapid heating process to you. Through the optimization design, the Ø4mm steel wires can be heated to above 500 degrees within four seconds. This can improve the work efficiency and reduce the down time.
