Zero risk design
All material receivers of HADRDEGA CBE Central Feeding System have a CBE controller and are identical to the main controller, so any CBE controller can easily replace the main controller. The HADRDEGA central feeding system will not cause the entire feed system to collapse due to the failure of the master control.
After replacing the main controller in the CBE system, the original parameters of the system will be automatically restored to the newly installed main controller, and do not need any settings to work properly.

Humanization design

The HADRDEGA CBE central feeding system not only sets the parameters of all material receivers through the CBE master controller, but also allows the CBE controller on each material receiver to set all parameters of the material receiver, making it quick and easy.
Each CBE intelligent controller is equipped with a digital display, and any action of the material receiver can be easily controlled in real time via the display.
All the material receivers of the CBE system communicate with the main controller through a signal line in parallel. The main controller can check the material receivers not in the system by one-click viewing. The maintenance is easy.

The Y-type branch is used for the opening of the material-type main pipe to the molding machine table. The special buffer design can reduce the conveying speed of the material in the pipe and reduce the gravity impact on the pipe bend.

Discharge and feeding
