Gravimetric Blender
Application
It is mainly used for handling 2 to 12 different components by dosing and blending in total throughput from 35kg/hr to 1000kgs/hr; including virgin, regrind materials, masterbatch and other various additives. This series adapts high precision load sensors to make batch blend resulting in a highly accuracy within±0.5%( accurate tolerances are varied according to batch to batch blend ratio ). Full wide range of this series can satisfy versatile requirements on high precision blending.
Feature
• The ratio or percentage of materials can be set for simple and convenient operation;
• The next batch is weighed while blending;
• Adopting advanced batching algorithm, self-optimization, automatic adjustment compensation and vibration prevention function to ensure the best batching accuracy;
• Modular removable structure design, saving space and convenient cleaning;
• Handle up to five kinds of materials at the same time;
• Color chart display, touch screen operation interface;
• It has the function of recipe storage and can up to 20 recipes can be stored for later use;
• Multilevel password protection and historical alarm record;
• USB interface for saving recipe data to flash disk, automatically recording the proportion and weight of each batch;
• With sound and light alarms to facilitate operators to quickly and accurately reach the scene of failure machines;
• All parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel to prevent contamination of the material;
• Can be installed directly on the machine or the optional foot frame is installed next to the machine;

1) The mixing ratio error refers to the difference between the set percentage and the actual percentage of each component;
• Floor stand, pneumatic slide gate, storage bin and suction box should be optionally purchased for floor mounting.
• Ethernet interface, MODBUS, PROFIBUS communication module, which can realize remote monitoring, or with extruder, injection molding machine to transfer data.

1) The mixing ratio error refers to the difference between the set percentage and the actual percentage of each component;
- The knife metering valve is suitable for the ratio of 5% or more, and the mixing ratio error can be controlled within ±0.3-0.5%;
- (screw or) micrometer is suitable for the ratio of 5% (excluding) to 0.5%, the mixing ratio error can be controlled at ± 0.2%;
- The above max processing amount and mixed ratio error data are measured by continuous operation of the uniform material of the bulk density of 0.7kg/L and diameter of 3-4mm. The max output will vary according to the amount and proportion of the measured components.
- The machine voltage specification is: GDK-5 and below models: 1Φ230VAC, 50Hz; GDK-10 and above models: 3Φ380VAC, 50Hz
