It is mainly used for handling 2 to 12 different components by dosing and blending in total throughput from 35kg/hr to 1000kgs/hr; including virgin, regrind materials, masterbatch and other various additives. This series  adapts high precision load sensors to make batch blend resulting in a highly accuracy within±0.5%( accurate tolerances are varied according to batch to batch blend ratio ). Full wide range of this series can satisfy versatile requirements on high precision blending.

Technical SpecificationNote:
1) The mixing ratio error refers to the difference between the set percentage and the actual percentage of each component; 

1. The knife metering valve is suitable for the ratio of 5% or more, and the mixing ratio error can be controlled within ±0.3-0.5%;
2. (screw or) micrometer is suitable for the ratio of 5% (excluding) to 0.5%, the mixing ratio error can be controlled at ± 0.2%;
3. The above max processing amount and mixed ratio error data are measured by continuous operation of the uniform material of the bulk density of 0.7kg/L and diameter of 3-4mm. The max output will vary according to the amount and proportion of the measured components.
4. The machine voltage specification is: GDK-5 and below models: 1Φ230VAC, 50Hz; GDK-10 and above models: 3Φ380VAC, 50Hz

Options
• Floor stand, pneumatic slide gate, storage bin and suction box should be optionally purchased for floor mounting.
• Ethernet interface, MODBUS, PROFIBUS communication module, which can realize remote monitoring, or with extruder, injection molding machine to transfer data.
