Product Description
Instruction and Principle
The honeycomb dehumidifiers are mainly used to dry hygroscopic engineering plastics. A honeycomb rotor is used to offer effective drying, can supply dehumidified dry air with a dew-point of -45ºC stably.
The hot and humid air from the drying hopper is cooled and blown into the honeycomb rotor. The moisture in the air is adsorbed by the rotor and then desorbed by the regenerating heated air. The two streams are simultaneously acting on the rotor, and as the rotor rotating, the moisture in the air is continuously adsorbed by rotor and absorbed by regenerating air to form a stable low dew point air. After heated to the drying temperature of plastic requiring,blown into the hopper dryer to dry the raw material.
Features of HADRDEGA Honeycomb Rotor Dehumidifier
1. Imported molecular sieve honeycomb rotor, featured with high temperature resistance and excellent dehumidification and long service life.
2. Specially used to dry hygroscopic engineering plastics, such as PA, PC, PBT, PET, etc.
3. PID temperature controlling system adopted, with regeneration temperature settings and real temperature display function.
4. Dew point can reach -45ºC steadily.
5. PLC control and LCD touch screen control available;
6. Return air filter is mounted inside to ensure no contamination to the honeycomb.
7. Matching with dry hopper can dry and dehumidify the raw material together.
8. Dew point Monitor (Random check or hand check ) optional.
9. This series with 12 models optional, which the largest can provide dry air up to a volume of 4000m3/h.
