Single-phase vacuum Hopper loader / Suction Feeder
HADR DEGA single phase suction feeder (HA Series) can rapidly transport the plastic particles to the hopper of molding machine, drying barrel,or storage bin ; the right material conveying can ensure the continuous operation of the molding machine and avoid unnecessary stop. Reduce the waste of raw materials, reduce labor input, ensure the workplace clean and safe.
Horizontal vacuum suction stronger, more energy efficient; equipped with thermal protection, when the body temperature exceeds 70 degrees, the pump automatically shutdown protection; unique brush protection, automatic monitoring of the use of brushes and save time; when the brush is exhausted automatic separation of carbon brush motor rotor, avoid contact with the rotor iron brush damage the motor; uses a unique dual bypass protection, to avoid overheating caused by clogged filter bag.
Using a large bag designs. Ventilation volume is 2-3 times of other brands, effectively reducing the workload of the vacuum pump, vacuum pump to extend the life of; bag imported antistatic treated polyester material, compared to the long life and reduce paper bag late bag replacement costs; using bag vibration system.
